Applying for the IELTS Test

In order to register for the IELTS test you must:

  • Download the IELTS Application form, Application Procedure & Payment form
  • Fill out all relevant details on the IELTS application form and
    • include your passport number on the application and
    • sign the application on page 4.
  • Attach a photocopy of the photo page of your passport and, if not on the front page, a photocopy of the page which has your signature
  • Attach two passport size photographs, write your name on the back of the second photograph. (photos must be taken within the last six months)
  • Pay the exam fee and attach a copy of your payment details
  • Complete and sign the Cancellation Policy and the GST requirements on the application procedure & payment form.

Please note that the places for the exam are being taken up quickly and we encourage you to send your application as soon as possible if you would like to do the exam. You can send the application and copy of your passport by email or fax (07 4724 4586) and then send all of the documents as stated above by mail within three days. If your application is not urgent, you can send the whole application and attachments by mail.

We do not hold places unless we have received the application by fax, mail or email. If the application is sent by fax or email, we must receive the original documents and confirmation of payment in the mail at the latest 3 working days after we have received the fax.

  • $310 (GST-free)
  • $341 (GST inclusive)
