Step One - Enrolment details
Fill in all of the enrolment form, or ask your agent to help you with all your requirements such as:
- Which course
- Which campus
- Weeks of study
- Accommodation if required (what type)
- Airport pick up if required
- Your signature on the enrolment form

Your application will be processed and you will receive a Confirmation of Acceptance and Fees letter.
Step two - Payment
When you receive your Confirmation of Acceptance and Fees letter, check that all the details are correct. If anything is incorrect contact JCU-ELC to request any changes. When you are satisfied with the Confirmation of Acceptance and Fees letter you must make full payment of all your fees before your course commences, using one of the following payment options:
Please complete the Acceptance and Payment Agreement that is on page 2 of your Confirmation of Acceptance and Fees letter.

Remember to quote on your bank transfer the Reference Number which is located on the front page of Confirmation of Acceptance and Fees letter, as well as on the second page, top right hand corner.

Step three - Receipt of Payment
Confirmation of Enrolment for Student Visa only
JCU-ELC will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). This confirms receipt of your course fees and allows you to apply for your student visa with the Department of Immigration.
You will also receive details of your first day arrival procedure at your chosen English Language Centre and details regarding accommodation if requested will follow.
JCU-ELC will send you a Letter of Receipt as confirmation of payment of your course fees.

Step four - Visa and Health Cover
Student Visa holders are required to pay for Overseas Student Health Cover which is based on the length of your course. JCU-ELC will calculate your fees on your Confirmation of Enrolment letter.
Students arriving on a Tourist or Working Holiday Visa are strongly advised to carry their own Health Insurance. Students who are on a packages offer with JCU degrees are required to pay the full $315.00. It is the student’s responsibility to renew their OSHC after the full year has expired.
